These Terms and Conditions apply to the Détrumpez-vous! app (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), which is developed and provided as an open-source project by the Service Provider, free of charge.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of any part of the Application is strictly prohibited unless permitted under the open-source license.

The Application is open source, and its source code is freely available for inspection and contribution. The Service Provider actively encourages community involvement to improve the Application.

The Application does not collect any personal data. It operates solely by scanning the product's barcode to retrieve information about the product from external APIs. The barcode, which serves only as an identifier, is sent anonymously to services such as Open Food Facts, Open Beauty Facts, Open Pet Food Facts, and Open Product Fact. No personal information is recorded, transmitted, or stored on any server, and no information is shared with any third parties.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is secure and sufficiently charged when using the Application. The Service Provider does not accept any liability for any inconvenience or loss arising from failure to maintain your device.

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time to enhance compatibility and functionality. Although every effort will be made to keep the Application updated, no guarantee is provided regarding its continuous availability or compatibility with all operating system versions. You agree to accept any updates offered. Additionally, the Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must stop using and delete the Application from your device.

The Service Provider may periodically modify these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
